Jack and Jill’s Day Nursery work very hard to find the right staff. We have a fantastic highly qualified, dedicated and experienced team ranging from level 3 – level 6, with a mixture of different age ranges in each of our rooms. The staff at Jack and Jill’s undergo a strict interview process with references, DBS checks and induction. Training is offered to our staff to ensure that they are up to date with all of their training needs.
Safety and security
The safety of the children is extremely important to the staff at Jack and Jill’s Day Nursery. Risk assessments are carried out daily by the management team and the senior staff within each rooms. We have a controlled security system in place and key fobbed doors for staff. Parents are welcomed into the nursery via our intercom. All rooms have CCTV which is monitored in the office.
All of our meals are freshly prepared on site by our dedicated qualified chef. All dietary requirements are catered for along with the different processes of weaning. We offer a wide range of meals and follow a four week menu roation which is on display each week, changing it from time to time to fit in with the different seasons. A balanced nutritional meal is very important and crucial towards helping the children grow and develop.
